Shipment & back shipment

All subscriptions include free shipment & back shipment* for the article(s) twice a year (two times free delivery and two time free back shipment*) for The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany. When exceeding the shipment & back shipment* frequency full fees are charged, see shipping costs for the fees.

For France, Austria, Switzerland and the UK all subscriptions include shipment & back shipment* for the product twice a year for a flat fee (two times delivery and two times back shipment*). When exceeding the shipment & back shipment* frequency the excess fee is charged, see shipping costs for the fees.

At this moment we do not offer subscriptions outside The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland and the UK.

Delivery in France, Austira, Switzerland and the UK** generally takes 3-7 business days.

 

* Back shipments are shipments initiated by nohaca or the customer for servicing of your item(s). A shipping label which can be used for the back shipment will be e-mailed to you. You can use the original shipping box for the back shipment. Normally 1 back shipment for each year is required.

** UK shipments and returns after December 2020 are affected by the Brexit which consequences for NoHaCa B.V. are unclear at the moment. All additional costs as a result of new legislation, border controls, etc. will be charged.

 

Returns

After receiving your order, you can return your articles within 30 days for any reason. The article(s) and the packaging must be complete, unused and undamaged. If not, nohaca has the right to charge the depreciation, any cleaning costs or the entire purchase amount.

If you received a wrong or damaged item(s) please state this as reason for your return and in addition send photographic proof that the product is wrong or damaged to sailors@nohaca.com together with your order number.

Your refund will be automatically deposited to your bank account within max. 30 days after returning the item(s) if you have opted for a refund in the return portal.

 

Exchanges

In the first 30 days after delivery the item(s) may be exchanged for the same item with another size or color***. Please go to https://nohaca.shipping-portal.com/rp to return the item and choose exchange as payment method and state the reason for the exchange. Having trouble to generate a return label? It is possible to change the size or color*** of the item(s) in your subscription free of charge when your item is swapped for servicing. Please contact us via sailors@nohaca.com or our social channels and we will arrange the change with the upcoming servicing.
