end of its technical life time

To help compensate for the environmental impact of our business we pledge 1% of

our gross sales towards charities as a member of the 1% for the Planet movement

We want to be a viable and sustainable business which means we do seek profit on

our services and products without neglecting our values

a personal thought

A steady breeze, sails full and your ship gracefully gliding through the waves. Maybe if you are lucky you can spot a seal or even a dolphin. Personally I can’t imagine a better setting for enjoying the waters, nature and marine life at it’s best.

Therefore as a sailor I’m sometimes baffled by the harm we cause to these bodies of water and marine life on our planet, just to practice our hobby, sports or profession. Whether it is by polluting the waters with (micro)plastics and forever chemicals from our gear or just by not being a responsible guest when exploring the magnificent coral reefs, fjords or tidal wetlands.

Convinced that things can be done in a more environmental  friendly matter

nohaca was founded and started the development of the High Seas foul weather sailing suit . A foul weather suit which is ePFTE free, with a PFC free DWR and made out of 100% recycled fabric. And so we start our journey towards sensibly sailing these planet waters.

See you on the waters!
